Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the app “Playful Times Tables” (Ideja Design d.o.o., Utik 4D, 1217 Vodice, Slovenia). By using the app you agree to them. If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian should read and accept them. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies.

Use of the app on Apple devices you own or control is licensed under Apple’s Standard EULA and App Store Usage Rules. Restrictions on copying, modification, reverse engineering and redistribution apply only to the extent permitted by law and subject to the licences of included components.

Some islands and features are free. The full version (the remaining islands and the cup race) is unlocked by a one-time in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. The purchase permanently unlocks the features included at purchase; we do not promise future updates or support for all future iOS versions. This does not limit statutory rights concerning conformity of digital content and required updates. A refund or revocation may end entitlement to paid features.

Payment and refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules (reportaproblem.apple.com). You can restore an earlier purchase with “Restore purchases”. If Family Sharing is enabled, family members may use the purchase under Apple’s rules .The price is shown before purchase confirmation. Apple’s refund process does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or claims against the provider under applicable law.

The app includes a parental gate before purchases and the parent area, and a daily time limit. Parents are responsible for supervising a child’s use of the device. The daily time limit is an aid and does not guarantee exact measurement.

Use the app only for its intended purpose. Use appropriate nicknames in the cup race. Do not try to abuse or circumvent the app or the purchase.

The app is a practice aid and does not replace teaching. It is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of data (e.g. scores stored only on the device if the app is lost or deleted). Consumer rights that cannot legally be limited are not affected by these terms.

The app, its illustrations (including the mascot Zvezdko), texts and sounds belong to Ideja Design d.o.o. or its licensors and are protected by copyright.

We may update these terms to reflect app changes or legal requirements. We publish the revision date and give appropriate notice of material changes. Changes do not retroactively remove acquired rights. These supplementary terms are governed by Slovenian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and court jurisdiction in your country of habitual residence. Apple’s Standard EULA governs licensing; these terms do not replace it.
