The app “Playful Times Tables” (“Igriva poštevanka” in Slovenian) is published by Ideja Design d.o.o., Utik 4D, 1217 Vodice, Slovenia. For privacy questions, write to info@ideja-design.si.

The app requires no app account and has no advertising, advertising tracking or third-party analytics. The developer does not receive children’s profiles or learning history on a developer-operated server. Solo-play data are processed on the device. Local races, Apple services and support requests involve the data processing described below.

The name or nickname, initials, avatar and its colour, stars, scores, learning progress, daily statistics and language, sound, accessibility and daily-time-limit settings are stored locally to run and personalise the app. A real name is not required; we recommend a nickname. Data remain until changed or until the app and its data are deleted. Choose “Delete App” in iOS; offloading the app keeps its data. Device backups may contain earlier copies, which you manage separately in Apple settings. The app has no developer-operated cloud-sync service.

Cup race uses Apple Multipeer Connectivity to connect nearby devices directly with encryption required. A nickname may be visible during player discovery. Participating devices exchange a random player identifier, nickname, initials, avatar and colour, questions, start time, completed-question and mistake counts, and race state. The developer does not receive these data. The race service keeps them in memory during the session and clears them when leaving it. Play with people you trust. You can deny or disable Local Network permission in iOS Settings; solo practice remains available.

Apple processes the one-time full-version purchase through the App Store. The app uses StoreKit transaction data to verify and restore purchase entitlement and caches the unlock status locally. The developer does not receive your Apple Account password or payment card details through the app. Apple processes purchase data, any diagnostics and device backups under its own privacy policy and your device settings. Deleting the app does not delete Apple’s purchase records. A parental gate precedes a purchase.

The app is designed for children in the first years of primary school. Playing requires no real name, date of birth or email address. A parental gate protects purchases and access to the parent area. Parents should help choose a nickname and supervise nearby play. Local processing and sharing do not mean that data are always non-personal or that children’s privacy rules do not apply.

Subject to applicable law and the conditions for each right, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data and object to processing. The developer has no remote access to local game data; you manage those on your device. For information you send us directly, contact info@ideja-design.si. You may complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia or another competent data protection authority.

When data practices change, we will update this policy and its revision date. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and obtain user or parental consent before new processing where required by law.

If you email us, we receive your email address and message. We use them to respond and resolve the request based on our legitimate interest in providing support or performance of a contract where appropriate. We retain messages as long as necessary to resolve the request and meet related legal obligations or address legal claims. Do not send unnecessary personal information about children. This policy describes the app. When you visit this website, the hosting provider may process technical request data such as your IP address; this page loads Google Fonts, so your browser also connects to that provider.
